Terms and Conditions for the Hong Kong Entertainment Expo Lucky Draw

1. From now until 12 noon, March 12, 2010, participants who complete the game and fill in the application form are eligible to enter the Lucky Draw.
2. Each participant is eligible to enter the Lucky Draw ONCE only.
3. Incomplete entry form will not be accepted.
4. Prize winners must redeem their prizes on March 17-19, 2010 at Hong Kong Trade Development Council during office hour, 8:30am – 5:30pm (Address: 38/F, Office Tower, Convention Plaza, 1 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong). Prizes not collected will be forfeited after March 19, 2010.
5. Employees of Hong Kong Trade Development Council and subsidiaries of Hong Kong Trade Development Council are not eligible to enter the Lucky Draw.
6. By registering for the Lucky Draw, participants accept and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the "Entertainment Expo Hong Kong" Lucky Draw.
7. By registering for the Lucky Draw, participants accept and agree Hong Kong Trade Development Council to announce participant's name, contact phone number (first 4 digits only).
8. All prizes cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit or any other items.
9. The personal data of customers collected will, without limitation to the original purposes for which it is collected, be used for the Lucky Draw, any other purpose connected with the Lucky Draw, and promotion of the Entertainment Expo Hong Kong.
10. Hong Kong Trade Development Council reserves the right to suspend, amend, or modify any of these rules, terms and conditions and any arrangement in connection with the Lucky Draw without prior notice.
11. All matters of disputes arising from the game, Lucky Draw or the prize will be subjected to the final decision of Hong Kong Trade Development Council. No correspondence will be entertained.
12. The Lucky Draw will be conducted at Hong Kong Trade Development Council at 5pm, on March 12, 2010. The results of the Lucky Draw will be announced on Entertainment Expo Hong Kong website on March 15, 2010 and in Hong Kong Standard and Sing Tao Daily on March 17, 2010.
13. The winner must present a valid email document and HKID in order to claim the prize. Photocopies of certificate of posting will not be accepted. Failure to present the valid document will render the winner disqualified and the prize be forfeited.
14. Validity of certain prizes (e.g. admission tickets) is subjected to individual event organiser's final decision; Hong Kong Trade Development Council shall not be responsible for such validity.
15. If the winner is subsequently disqualified or is found not to be entitled to participate in the Lucky Draw, Hong Kong Trade Development Council reserves the right to withhold the prize or reclaim the prize if awarded, and award or dispose it in such manner and to such person as he shall deem fit.
16. Any violation by a participant of any of these Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification of the relevant participant.
17. In case of discrepancies between the English version and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
